From November 25, 2025, to May 14, 2026, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, artist Steve Giasson will present a series of minimalist performances based on conceptual statements.

As part of its three-part call for proposals (performances, critical thinking, and public writing), the DARE-DARE artist-run center is seeking proposals for artistic projects to develop its 2026–2027 program.

For the fourth edition of the CONFLUENCES residency, DARE-DARE welcomes Caroline Loncol Daigneault for an eight-week period. Her project, titled Maman, papa et les masques de l’avant-nuit, is developed in collaboration with the Alzheimer Society Montreal.

Peupleraie invites us to explore the soundscape of a community of trees, poplars, in the urban fabric of the Petite-Bourgogne neighborhood and the Lachine Canal, as a metaphor for the “living environment” and the social body. Anyone passing through the South-West neighborhood with an internet-connected device and a pair of headphones can experience the project. Various connectors are available at the HALTE or at the DARE-DARE offices.

The project “Il y a...” is a stylistic exercise, a humorous narration that assembles trios of words and rearranges them into a formally informal, aphoristic proposition.
