In partnership with La Fenêtre and Culture Trois-Rivières and to mark its 40th anniversary, DARE-DARE is installing a neon sign in Trois-Rivières to present poems by 16 authors.

Translating an ancestral relationship with plants that is passed on to the artist, where the Pindó and his guardians express themselves, the suite of poems “Dans le ventre du Pindó” (In the belly of the Pindó) proposes a move away from the commonplaces we associate with the image “palm tree”. Pindó may write his poems in either French or Guaraní.

Hors-la-loi is a poetic suite about the trauma and injustice of violence against women, people who identify with femininity, and people who are socialized or perceived as women.
