Festive and creative launch of TRYSPACES week at Parc Sainte-Cunégonde.

Urban Metamorphosis: a retrospective of an urban laboratory

After 6 incredible, learning-filled years, the TRYSPACES research partnership is coming to the end of its great adventure! For the occasion, a ton of events for members, but also for the Montreal community in general, will take place from June 26 to 30 in various locations around the city.

To kick off what promises to be a memorable week, TRYSPACES members and the general public are invited to join in the festive and creative launch of TRYSPACES/Urban Metamorphoses Week, which will take place in Parc Ste-Cunégonde, right next to the DARE-DARE's HALTE.

Featuring : Inauguration of the TRYSPACES Tower designed by Culturans + Workshop led by the TRYCITIES MONTRÉAL team Urban citizenship and musicality | sonorities.

Collaboration with Caves à vélo for a wine-tasting service and light aperitif.

TRYSPACES is an active research partnership since 2017 led by Julie-Anne Boudreau. This multidisciplinary partnership brings together interdisciplinary researchers and students, multimedia artists, social workers, urban professionals and adolescents and young adults from Mexico City, Montreal, Paris and Hanoi. TRYSPACES explores the relationship between the presence of youth in public spaces and the way they experience this visibility.
