To celebrate DARE-DARE's 37th anniversary with a bang, the PASSEPORT project is more ambitious and unifying than ever. This special edition features 37 artists who have made our center what it is.

Victor SalibaÉrick d'Orion
Érick d’Orion is an audio, installation, and new media artist; a self-taught composer and musician; a sound designer for the performing arts; and an audio curator who has been based in Québec City since 1993. Focusing much of his audio research on digital maximalism, d’Orion’s practice closely engages with noise, musique concrète, free jazz, and electroacoustic music. He is a member of the duo morceaux_de_machines, the trio BOLD (with Alexis Bellavance and Nicolas Bernier), and the trio Napalm Jazz, as well as numerous ad hoc ensembles. He has performed in concert with renowned artists such as Evan Parker, Martin Tétreault, Otomo Yoshihide, Robin Fox, Ilpo Väisänen, Diane Labrosse, Alexandre Saint-Onge, Bernard Falaise, Sam Shalabi, Günter Müller, eRikm, among others. He also designs sound environments and music for projects in new media, film, theatre, and dance.
